Collaborating with producer Sarah Bleakely, Paul Devlin edited this time-capsule of underground rock and roll coming out of the East Village of New York City in the early 1990’s. Shot it on grainy black and white 16mm film, CutTime includes gritty live performances and interviews from bands such as King Missile, False Prophets, Reverb Motherfuckers and Two Minutes Hate.
