Paul edited CutTime in collaboration of producer Sarah Bleakley, who also produced Paul's film The Eyes of St. Anthony: 

"This is my favorite piece in CutTime. These guys are just so outrageous, and don't take themselves seriously at all. Sarah wanted to keep the movie all black and white, but I had some of my own Super-8 footage I shot in our neighborhood that I wanted to find a home for. So I snuck some of it in here. It turned out to be a nice contrast to the rest of the movie. Clearly it worked well, so Sarah let me keep it in. 

I had just recently moved to New York when I worked on CutTime. Watching this makes me nostalgic for those early days."
